Guest Trina Posted May 12, 2010 at 10:36 PM Report Share Posted May 12, 2010 at 10:36 PM If you follow the rules in RONR, abstentions don't count. Guest Kim Goldsworthy Posted May 12, 2010 at 11:41 PM Report Share Posted May 12, 2010 at 11:41 PM Ruth, >>How do you count votes when the majority abstain?<< The same way as when nobody abstains. (Is this a riddle?) * * * A vote of 1-0 with 99 abstentions is just as valid as a vote of 100-0 with zero abstentions.
