Guest Gerald Posted May 29, 2010 at 12:32 AM Report Share Posted May 29, 2010 at 12:32 AM I am part of a soccer club in S.Florida. My question is does the board have to open its meetings to the rest of the club being a 501©3, or do they only have to open up a "club" meeting? Chris Harrison Posted May 29, 2010 at 12:36 AM Report Share Posted May 29, 2010 at 12:36 AM Under RONR only members of the body that is meeting have a right to attend (RONR pp. 625, 629). Your rules or applicable laws may say otherwise.

That means board meetings are for board members.Your rules, and Florida laws, may say otherwise.
