Elections: Board

When electing a Board of directors each candidate requires a majority vote. This of course could lead to more than one "vote" being performed. Where is it mentioned that if for example we are electing 6 persons for a board and 4 of 6 receive a majority vote, that the 4 are voted in and we will vote again on the final 2 positions? As opposed to dropping the lowest vote getter, and voting on everything again until a single vote yields 6 majority elections.
