Should the following reports be attached to the Minutes of an Annual General Meeting? Presidents report, Treasurers remarks, Maintenance committee report, Bylaw committee report? This relates to our Condo AGM - the Audited Financial Statement is provided to all owners with the Notice for the meeting.

Should the following reports be attached to the Minutes of an Annual General Meeting? Presidents report, Treasurers remarks, Maintenance committee report, Bylaw committee report? This relates to our Condo AGM - the Audited Financial Statement is provided to all owners with the Notice for the meeting.

The minutes should note that the reports were presented at the meeting but the reports should simply be filed, not attached to anything.
