I checked the FAQ and didn't find anything.Is there a link that will tell me how the NC is set up and what the duties are. Also, how should it be addressed in our by-laws? The whole Book, and nothing but the Book. Except The Book In Brief at $7.95. How should it be addressed in our by-laws?It need not be addressed at all.You can, if you choose, create a Nom. Comm. in a timely manner via a motion.There is no rule in RONR which implies you must put a Nom. Comm. into one's bylaws for a Nom. Comm. to exist or to function.
