There are some complaints that not all employees can vote in a special election. Due to short time frame, currently only elected employees to company council are participating in a special election for a seat on a search committee. Who can call a special meeting to determine the direction of the election?

Who can call a special meeting to determine the direction of the election?

Special ("called") meetings can only be called if the bylaws provide for them. And, if they do, the bylaws should also say who calls them, and how they are called.
