Guest Jann Posted October 5, 2010 at 01:22 AM Report Share Posted October 5, 2010 at 01:22 AM There are some complaints that not all employees can vote in a special election. Due to short time frame, currently only elected employees to company council are participating in a special election for a seat on a search committee. Who can call a special meeting to determine the direction of the election?

And, if they do, the bylaws should also say who calls them, and how they are called.
