volunteer22 Posted October 5, 2010 at 06:30 PM Report Share Posted October 5, 2010 at 06:30 PM The President has resigned. The President-Elect has been asked to complete the current President's term AND serve as President for term he was elected. How is it determined who should serve in the position of Past President on our board during the term when the current President-Elect is President? It doesn't matter if he resigned, got arrested, or left the country. He's still the (immediate) past president.By the way, if you have a vice-president, that person should have become president, not the president-elect.
