Guest Stan K Posted October 25, 2010 at 05:23 AM Report Share Posted October 25, 2010 at 05:23 AM In our organization the Board of Directors hears any/all complaints submitted in writing by a member about another member. Our By-laws say that both parties involved must be present at the hearing and have the right to a fair trial. With that said, if either member (plaintiff or defendant) claims that they don't feel they will get a fair trial due to one or any member of the Board of Directors over seeing the complaint, do they have the right to request that the member of the Board of Directors be replaced?
