If this is possible what are the steps to be taken to override a passed motion?An adopted motion can often be rescinded (or otherwise amended) as long as the action authorized by the motion hasn't been completed. The motion to amend something previously adopted (ASPA) requires a two-thirds vote, the vote of a majority of the entire membership, or, with previous notice, a majority vote.
