    Which board fills a vacancy due to the following scenario: The current Vice President is nominated for President with no other nominations from the floor and is considered President-Elect. This leaves the Vice President position vacant for the upcoming year. Does the current board fill the vacancy before the new term or does the incoming board fill the vacancy once the term begins?
