Vote by Phone

At our last election of board members a vote was cast by phone by one memeber who was on her way to the meeting and had car trouble. There is nothing in the bylaws allowing this, so I'm thinking her vote should not been counted. Do we need to do the election over the one vote would note have changed the outcome.

If the vote would not have changed the outcome nothing needs to be redone, but it was completely improper.
