Guest BB Posted February 9, 2011 at 03:51 PM Report Share Posted February 9, 2011 at 03:51 PM One our committees had an executive session at their committee meeting and wants to go into executive session at the board meeting to discuss this issue. They will have more to report. Do I need to list Executive Session on the agenda under this item or do they wait to discuss at the regular time appointed for the Executive Session which is the last agenda item. JohnR Posted October 11, 2012 at 04:01 PM Report Share Posted October 11, 2012 at 04:01 PM Is it proper to place executive session on the agenda for every meeting of a deliberative body?It would be more straighforward to adopt a special rule of order that all (or a certain part) of every meeting be conducted in executive session.
