Otherwise, no.

hmtcastle Posted February 19, 2011 at 01:36 AM Report Share Posted February 19, 2011 at 01:36 AM Unfortunately a Paragraph Number would be more helpful as I am using an online reference for Robert's Rules. That's likely to be the text of the 1915 (4th) edition which is now in the public domain. But the principles remain the same and it's mostly just common sense and fair play. If you can't find a copy of the current (10th) edition in your local library or bookstore, you can hold out for the imminent arrival of the 11th edition, the expectation of which appears to rival the Second Coming. Josh Martin Posted February 19, 2011 at 09:27 AM Report Share Posted February 19, 2011 at 09:27 AM Unfortunately a Paragraph Number would be more helpful as I am using an online reference for Robert's Rules.See Section 47: Voting. It's the last sentence of the paragraph immediately preceding the "Yeas and Nays, or Roll Call" heading. In the long run, though, you should really get a copy of the current edition.
