Josh Martin Posted February 24, 2011 at 10:17 PM Report Share Posted February 24, 2011 at 10:17 PM An ad hoc committeee member asked me how does the committee approve the minutes of it's final meeting. I'm clueless. Any thoughts?Committees generally do not take minutes, but if your committee does, one option would simply be to approve the minutes right before the committee adjourns sine die. This will, of course, require the Secretary to take the minutes as you go along, but if you're taking the minutes properly that shouldn't be too difficult.
