Guest Zeze Posted April 6, 2011 at 03:16 PM Report Posted April 6, 2011 at 03:16 PM Not sure if this is the correct location for this question, but looking for any help that I can get: Personnel from our non profit org. is using a recipe to make bake goods and sell as a fund raiser with out the originals owners knowledge or permission. They have now become aware of this and have made it known that they will take legal action if they do not stop using it, which our group does not want to stop sense it is such a good money maker. Can our organization be held responsible if the owner goes forward with legal action sense they are the ones gaining from this, this recipe is quit unique and can not be said that it is known to others unless they have observed it in processes? Thanks
