Call to Order/Roll Call; B. Establishment of Quorum;C. Approval of Agenda;D. Motion to Enter Into Closed Session in accordance with Open Meetings Act); The appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance, or dismissal, of specific employees of the public body or legal counsel for the public body.E. Motion to Adjourn Closed Session and Re-enter into Open SessionF. Motion to Adjourn MeetingWe beleive that the board is going to try to amend the agenda prior to approval to add a vote after re-entering into open session. If the former, it would not be in order to transact any business outside of the purpose for which the meeting was called, except as the bylaws or public laws may provide.
