Where would that be listed in RONR?There is no provision in RONR for canceling a meeting.A meeting can be adjourned to a later date but that has to be done at the meeting. Where would that be listed in RONR?No, and it's not listed in RONR. If there is a meeting intervening before that, the assembly itself can amend its previous schedule if they have that authority. But in some cases the dates of meetings are set in the bylaws, and can't be changed by a simple motion. If nobody has the authority, then it can't be done. But some members (even fewer than a quorum) can meet at the appointed time and "adourn to" a different time (and place) for a continuation of that same session. That may accomplish what you need.
