Chris Harrison Posted June 21, 2011 at 06:33 PM Report Share Posted June 21, 2011 at 06:33 PM Can an ex-officio President serve as a Committee chairman and present Nothing in RONR would prevent it.and govern the general meeting in the discussion of the Committee's recommendations?If the President is the member of the committee making the recommendations he should turn over the Chair to the VP while the Committee report is pending.
