The minutes are available to members of the Condo Association for review but nonmembers have no rights to see the minutes thus no right to see the vote totals. Tim Wynn Posted July 16, 2011 at 10:24 PM Report Share Posted July 16, 2011 at 10:24 PM do Robert's Rules as Revised require a condominium association to publish or otherwise make known the number of votes received by each candidate in an election for seats on the board? For a ballot vote, the complete tellers' report should be read at the meeting, by the chairman of the tellers and by the presiding officer, and it should be entered in full into the minutes. This report should include the number of votes received by each candidate. See RONR(10th ed.), p. 403, for a sample tellers' report.
