This leaves the balance of 2011 and a full year for 2012. The position is a 2 year term. Our by-laws only make provision for a President's resignation & succession. In the meantime, if there are board meetings scheduled before the election can be held, the board should elect a secretray pro tem at each meeting, to take the minutes for that meeting.
