Guest Sherry Pearson Posted August 9, 2011 at 11:00 PM Report Share Posted August 9, 2011 at 11:00 PM Often our non profit volunteer club has business that comes up "between" business meetings, since we hold only one business meeting per month.Does Robert's Rules object to online voting? We have done this before, making sure the motion is worded correctly and seconded; keeping careful record of the number of votes observing our quorum. After the vote is taken the secretary adds this action to the minutes of the next business meeting. Are we following correct procedure? Thanks
