We are in the process of revising our bylaws and have come upon a problem to which I seek a solution.

It is not in our current bylaws.

We have a board of directors, and there are various offices. Can a member of the board hold two different

offices at the same time? For instance, can a person be president- elect and head of a major committee,

e.g. social committee?
