Guest kimber Posted August 25, 2011 at 07:54 PM Report Share Posted August 25, 2011 at 07:54 PM If a Board of Directors elects the Committee Chairs who has the authority to relieve a person as Committee Chair? Does the President, Chairman of the Board or does the Board of Directors vote on this to resolve? Is it allowed that the President also hold the positoin of the Chairman of the Board? It is often the case that the President will also be the Chairman of the Board although it is not required that the same person fill both offices.
