Also, (assuming that the bylaws don't require that new members be approved at a quorate meeting) go looking for new members who would be willing to commit to attend the meetings. This will most likely involve amending your bylaws, so you'll need to follow that procedure. And you'll need a quorate meeting to adopt the amendment. Offering the right kind of incentive (pizza and beer, door prizes, costume party) just that one time to get enough members there could allow you to do it. Also, you might try to find out why members aren't attending meetings, and addressing their concerns/suggestions to get them to show up. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
