Mark41 Posted October 5, 2011 at 02:01 AM Report Share Posted October 5, 2011 at 02:01 AM We have a Secretary, that's been in office for 6 years, that put in the minutes as she see's fight, when questioned about it she says "that's the way we have always done it". My question is if a subject is brought up voted on and passed, doesn't have to read in the minutes?
Chris Harrison Posted October 5, 2011 at 02:05 AM Report Share Posted October 5, 2011 at 02:05 AM See (and show her) RONR/11 pp. 468-471 for what should go in the minutes.

Chris Harrison Posted October 5, 2011 at 02:13 AM Report Share Posted October 5, 2011 at 02:13 AM Would you know what that is in RONR 10th edition?pp. 451-454. There have been a few slight changes in what should be in the minutes (among other things) between the two editions so you should get the newly current 11th edition sooner than later.
