Guest Nichole R Posted October 13, 2011 at 06:54 PM Report Share Posted October 13, 2011 at 06:54 PM I am not sure if the executive session agenda is included on the bottom of the regular agenda or on a seperate page.
Chris Harrison Posted October 13, 2011 at 07:27 PM Report Share Posted October 13, 2011 at 07:27 PM Neither. Just place it in the agenda where it would fall within the transaction of business.

The assembly can adopt pretty much whatever agenda it wants. Executive session indicates that that the proceedings of that portion of the meeting are secret. Sean Hunt Posted October 13, 2011 at 10:21 PM Report Share Posted October 13, 2011 at 10:21 PM I've seen some assemblies that frequently have guests at their meetings put the executive session agenda and related documents separately and on differently-colored paper so as to ensure that only members see those documents.
