Guest Angela Weaver Posted October 26, 2011 at 02:32 PM Report Share Posted October 26, 2011 at 02:32 PM Our president of our corporation called a special meeting of shareholders where the only item on the agenda is the removal of our non-executive chairman. How can we remove him from presiding over the meeting? Also, he has attempted to add items to the agenda even though our bylaws state that only items that have been noticed can be brought before the meeting.
