Guest Betty Posted October 27, 2011 at 09:36 PM Report Share Posted October 27, 2011 at 09:36 PM If the bylaws direct candidates of an election to be seated if they have the most votes but a policy also exists that allow for challenges to the election should the candidates be seated while the election committee is still in the process of the investigation? If the candidates are found to be in violation of other organizational bylaws and a new election is deemed necessary by the election committee should those candidates be seated before the new election takes place? If an organization decides that an individual is ineligible to serve in office, that individual is not eligible to serve while ineligible.
