When you have a board of directors meeting are the minutes of that meeting made public to the general assembly? which meets after the board. what is public and whats not? Your rules may say otherwise. However, the General Membership can order the Board minutes read by a majority vote (if previous notice was given) a 2/3 vote or a majority of the ENTIRE General Membership (if notice wasn't given).
