Guest Peter W. Guerin Posted November 20, 2011 at 12:17 AM Report Share Posted November 20, 2011 at 12:17 AM I am aware that the 10th Edition of RONR addressed briefly in regard to the use of teleconfrencing and E-mails, but does the new 11th Edition address the use of social media like Facebook, Twitter and iPhones? It seems technology is outpacing parliamentary procedure as it has in other aspects of life. Any help in this matter would be appreciated. Thanks.
