Guest Karen Posted January 6, 2012 at 05:48 AM Report Share Posted January 6, 2012 at 05:48 AM What all does the Permananet Record Sheet consist of for a new organization? Is there a sample in RONR? I realize that it is signed by the new members of the new society at the founding meeting.
Gary c Tesser Posted January 6, 2012 at 07:44 AM Report Share Posted January 6, 2012 at 07:44 AM This item appears on p. 559 - 560 in RONR, Eleventh Edition, in Section 54, "Organization of a Permanent Society." There is no sample (but there's a sample bylaws a few pages on, and a sample minutes about a hundred pages earlier, if you're hungry for samples), and it has no capital letters in RONR but feel free to embellish but not licentiously. Signing the sheet entails agreement to abide by the just-adopted bylaws and the sheet is the list of the initial members.
