Guest Bill Posted February 14, 2012 at 03:31 AM Report Share Posted February 14, 2012 at 03:31 AM What if the Chairman resigns and the bylaws are silent on what happens. Does the vice chairman automatically ascend to the presidency or should a special election be held?

If they are silent on the subject, the assembly can fill the vacancy after notice has been given.
