The by laws are in the process of being completed. We would like to conduct some of our meetings via email or skype. Is there a section in RROR that addresses this issue? jstackpo Posted March 1, 2012 at 06:40 PM Report Share Posted March 1, 2012 at 06:40 PM You will have to include some additional provisions into your bylaws authorizing such e-meetings.Send me your e-mail via the internal mail system here - click on the little envelope in to top bar of the page (you may have to "join" first, no guests seem to be able to use the e-mail) - and I'll ship you some (hopefully) helpful documents.
