Guest lanellelarue@bellsouth.net Posted March 28, 2012 at 01:09 AM Report Share Posted March 28, 2012 at 01:09 AM Two Questions---1. Do the same rules for teleconferencing [RONR (11th ed.), pp. 97-99 apply to the use of Skype?2. Should an orginization ever re-write its Bylaws rather than ammend them to bring them up to date such using skype, etc?

Whatever is in your bylaws now, as applicable to in-person meetings and other administrative issues, will remain. No need to "re-write" the bylaws, just add the parts you need through amendment.
