Chris Harrison Posted April 6, 2012 at 01:57 AM Report Share Posted April 6, 2012 at 01:57 AM If by "Call Meeting" you mean a Special meeting one is called when there is business that needs to be conducted and it can't wait until the next regularly scheduled meeting and only business which is included in the call of the meeting can be validly conducted. Look to your bylaws for the answers to your other questions. Note that if the bylaws don't provide for Special Meetings you can't have them. See RONR pp. 91-93 for details.
