You're right -- never noticed that before.For the original poster's benefit, the section is not very long or complex:'recites or leads invocations and benedictions where such prayers are offered at the opening and closing of meetings or other events, and who -- if a clergyman -- serves the organization in that capacity in such manner as it may require.'If your organization wants a more detailed description of duties, I guess you'll have to come up with it yourselves.
