Guest Edgar Posted May 15, 2012 at 07:26 PM Report Share Posted May 15, 2012 at 07:26 PM our presidents wife seems to have a say in things that the board is doing is there a rule about thisWell, if she's not a member of the board she has no right to attend board meetings. But the board (though not the president alone) could certainly invite her. Or exclude her. What she and her husband do or say to each other outside the meeting is none of RONR's business.
