southie Posted June 21, 2012 at 01:15 AM Report Share Posted June 21, 2012 at 01:15 AM I was just wondering what can be done if a motion made by a BOD that is passed and in the minutes is not carried out.(example) We passed a motion to hire an employee it was to be posted in a certain matter that was not done properly. When asked what had happened by email to the committee I have yet to get a response from anyone and yes it did go through. What can be done? What should be done is another question?Getting some other thoughts on the matter due to lack from my group. Is all I am looking for
Chris Harrison Posted June 21, 2012 at 01:27 AM Report Share Posted June 21, 2012 at 01:27 AM The Board should instruct the Committee to comply with the Board's orders under the pain of disciplinary action and/or removal from the Committee if they fail to do so (see FAQ #20 for details).
