Guest meg Posted June 21, 2012 at 05:04 AM Report Posted June 21, 2012 at 05:04 AM At the AGM elections for the board, may a member nominate more than one person? The bylaws are silent on the issue.
jstackpo Posted June 21, 2012 at 06:37 AM Report Posted June 21, 2012 at 06:37 AM A member may nominate as many people as there are vacant positions to be elected, but not all at once. After nominating one person, he may wait until others have made their nominations, then nominate his next choice. Or after requesting permission to do so, if there is no objection, he may nominate all of his choices at once; p. 432.
