If so, how many votes does it take accomplish it and is it debatable?RONR has no requirement for three readings, so this rule must be specific to your group. You will need to consult your rules to find an answer. As far as RONR is concerned, Chris H.'s cat has already provided the answer (though I would caution against the use of a hot word like put to refer to stating the question).
