Revisiting a recently passed decision

If at the last Board meeting the Board voted to do something and it passed by a majority, can a member of the Board request that the topic be reopened at the very next meeting. There is no additional information available then there was at the previous meeting. The person requesting the topic be reopened disagreed with the decision made at that time.

Sure. He moves to Rescind or Amend the previously-adopted motion. There are three exceptions, which boil down to, well, you can't if it can't be undone. But that is an oversimplification, so look at the paragraph or two -- it was p. 308 a couple of minutes ago, but I can't look it up again right now, so it's at least around there.
