Guest Kandy Frink Posted August 13, 2012 at 05:03 PM Report Share Posted August 13, 2012 at 05:03 PM At a recent meeting, my board let a motion die for lack of a second. Now they want to reconsider the issue. Is there any prohibition against bringing the issue back? I can't seem to find a reference for my situation in the book. Thanks! Chris Harrison Posted August 13, 2012 at 05:08 PM Report Share Posted August 13, 2012 at 05:08 PM Since the question was never before the assembly for consideration (since there was no second) no reconsideration is necessary. Just make the motion.
