Vote on by-law amendment to increase dues did not meet the two thirds of members present yet the Chair anounced the motion passed. There was no announcement as to the number of aye votes and number of nay votes with the determination that there was a two thirds majority. What can members do after the fact to correct this error?

Nothing. Since a timely Point of Order wasn't raised it is too late to object now.

Then one wonders how you know that the two-thirds requirement wasn't met.

One also wonders if the requirement was two-thirds of the members present or two-thirds of the members present and voting.
