Guest DeNae Kautzmann Posted August 23, 2012 at 12:54 PM Report Share Posted August 23, 2012 at 12:54 PM Vote on by-law amendment to increase dues did not meet the two thirds of members present yet the Chair anounced the motion passed. There was no announcement as to the number of aye votes and number of nay votes with the determination that there was a two thirds majority. What can members do after the fact to correct this error?
