Guest Cadence Brennan Posted September 6, 2012 at 07:26 PM Report Share Posted September 6, 2012 at 07:26 PM I hope it is OK to ask this re this topic - if "the quorum for a Board meeting shall be a majority of the Board voting in person or by mail" (as per my organizations bylaws), and the Board consists of 18 members, 16 of whom were present and 2 of those members abstained from voting in order to bring the majority number down, is this valid?
