Guest guest_cb Posted September 6, 2012 at 04:22 PM Report Share Posted September 6, 2012 at 04:22 PM Can a person who is appointed for a position, then sent to a full commision for an approval vote, and is voted down by a majority vote be appointed again and sent back for approval at the next meeting? Bruce Lages Posted September 6, 2012 at 04:57 PM Report Share Posted September 6, 2012 at 04:57 PM It doesn't appear to violates any rule in RONR, but it does seem awfully close to the widely-held definition of insanity.
Guest TJKR Posted September 6, 2012 at 04:59 PM Report Share Posted September 6, 2012 at 04:59 PM You can send them back as many times as you think would be reasonable. I think I would really like to know what reason the commission had for their vote. They may know something about the candidate that others don't.
