Chris Harrison Posted September 12, 2012 at 11:17 PM Report Share Posted September 12, 2012 at 11:17 PM If a trial under RONR was being held the member witness could have been there when the charges and specifications were preferred and/or at the start of the trial the Secretary would read the charges and specifications. So although RONR doesn't require that anyone other than the accused receive a copy of the charges and specifications the witness would have had at least two opportunities to have heard what he or she would be testifying about. Of course if your organization has customized rules regarding discipline it will be up to you all to work out the details (and they should be codified in the bylaws). If so, is this witness being asked to speak to the investigating committee?
