Is it legal for a management company to hire within her own company/husband to do the work inside said condos without getting any other estimates. Insurance pays and we don't know what husband charged for ice storm repairs in 2010 which are still not completed. He does all the repairs in units also general maintainece. We get no documentation ie: cancelled checks. Please know that I am on the board and have asked for year now. Are they obligated to provide and in a timely matter.
