Trina Posted October 4, 2012 at 08:50 PM Report Share Posted October 4, 2012 at 08:50 PM Certainly he may, if given permission to do so by the body.Whether he has a right to make motions would depend on what your bylaws say about non-voting members (a member is a member under RONR; if an organization wants different classes of members, it must clearly set forth the distinctions between the classes, as well as a description of the rights of each class of members).
