Guest AA Guest Posted November 19, 2012 at 10:25 PM Report Share Posted November 19, 2012 at 10:25 PM Our entire Board was (Impeached), & removed from office, ( 7 members), this was done at a called special meeting, since the meeting wasn't posted properly , only half the entire membership was there, now we're trying to get the removed board back. this is a non-profit inc. place of business....
