Chris Harrison Posted November 20, 2012 at 07:47 PM Report Share Posted November 20, 2012 at 07:47 PM Is any business going to be conducted at this training (such as making motions and then debating and voting on them)?
Guest Edgar Posted November 20, 2012 at 07:57 PM Report Share Posted November 20, 2012 at 07:57 PM A Notice is posted 72 hours in advance of any meeting, including a training session of the Board of Trustees, but are minutes required for this training? If the board is meeting then minutes are required (regardless of whether the meeting includes a training session or not). If the board members are going, as individuals, to a training session, and it does not include a meeting of the board, then no minutes are required.
